Annual renewal and cancellation
Use the Paddle customer portal link in your Paddle email to manage payments and cancel renewal. Sign in with your purchase email. Paddle confirms the cancellation and its effective date.
Canceling does not remove your perpetual desktop license or the period already paid for. When that period ends, your installed desktop version keeps working; remote control and new versions require renewal.
