Enable JavaScript to see whether a Windows build is published. The installer is not code-signed yet, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning the first time: click More info, then Run anyway.
Enable JavaScript to see whether a Linux build is published. Debian and Ubuntu install the .deb with the package manager.
FluxGit checks for updates per platform and tells you when one is ready. You approve the install, and only signature-verified builds install. Stable updates respect your license entitlement window.
Public repositories are free. To unlock private, self-hosted and local-only repos, add a license in Settings - License.
On macOS you can install and update through Homebrew:
brew install --cask fluxgit-hq/fluxgit/fluxgit
Each release publishes a SHA-256 checksum. Compare it against your downloaded file before installing.
Using Claude Code, Cursor or another MCP host? FluxGit detects it and wires the connection from Settings. The 60-second setup walks the whole loop.
