14 days, no questions asked.
If FluxGit is not for you, you get your money back. This is the whole policy, written by the one person who handles the refunds. Last updated 2026-06-10.
The 14-day window
Your first FluxGit purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of the order, no questions asked. You do not need to explain why, although if something in the app pushed you away I would genuinely like to know so I can fix it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from, or mentioning, the email address you used at checkout, so I can find your order. That is all that is needed. I confirm the request and trigger the refund.
How the money comes back
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so the refund is processed through Paddle back to your original payment method. Once triggered, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, typically a few business days.
What happens to the license
When a purchase is refunded, the license key from that order is revoked and stops activating. The app falls back to the free public-repository mode and never touches your local repositories.
The honest carve-out
The no-questions window applies to your first purchase. Repeat buy-refund cycles on the same product, or refunds requested after the key was shared or resold, are treated as abuse and can be declined. This has to be written down somewhere; if you are a normal customer it will never affect you.
